Job Responsibilities Reviews components of existingcontractual arrangements and analyzes the elements of theagreements for accuracy, completeness and compliance withUniversity standards and policies.
Negotiates legal terms incollaboration with University legal counsel. Monitors collectionof required contract documents.
Conducts quality assurance reviewof all contracts and prepares contract documents for execution.Maintains records and documents by scanning and adding executedagreements to contracts area, accurately reflected in applicationor database.
Generates reporting from database regarding expiringagreements and follows up with appropriate internal parties todetermine if contracts are to be renewed or terminated.
Supportsactivities to renew or extend existing contracts using standardformat and defined processes. Supports developing or updatingstandard agreements, terms or conditions that can be utilized forcontracts.
