DohaAs the Executive Pastry Chef, you will manage all aspects of the Pastry Kitchen of the hotel. You will supervise the preparation, baking and finishing of desserts, breads and baked goods in accordance to the departmental quality standards.

You will manage the operation of the kitchen, including food preparation and quality, physical maintenance, and inventory functions to ensure hotel quality standards and revenue goals are met and food and supply costs are controlled.

Ideally, you'll have some or all of the following competencies and experience we're looking for : -2-5 years of experience as an Executive Pastry Chef or similar in a luxury hotel and / or resort covering all aspects of pastry in buffet, lounge, cafe, banquet and catering operations-Experience in the Middle East in a hotel with large F&B operations-Experience in chocolates-Excellent communication and interpersonal skills-A degree or certificate in culinary or equivalent-Ability to lead a large team-Working knowledge of computer systems including MS Office-Knowledge in bakery is an advantage
