The Service ExcellenceManager is responsible for the improvement of all Qatar Duty Free(QDF) F&B business processes and systems, implementing andmonitoring internationally recognised quality and servicemanagement practice to improve business efficiencies andprofitability.
You will provide guidance and expertise to managethe business, which drives and / or supports business improvementinitiatives and commercial opportunities.
Provide visibility ofcore projects, reporting and measuring return on investment. Leadscontinuous improvement initiatives in F&B drivingimprovements, setting frameworks in order to obtain operational andservice excellence.
