  • Maintain personal hygiene at all time.- Abide to Baladiya mandates in all food handling whether raw or cooked.- Closely monitor and record fridge temperature to ensure proper storage.
  • Clean fruits and vegetables thoroughly as mandated by Baladiya- Maintain proper use of kitchen utensils, separating the use of meat from vegetables- To assist the Chef with the preparation of ingredient before the beginning of service in accordance with the daily requirements.
  • Maintain proper arrangement of kitchen utensils- To operate all equipment as per the operating guidelines and maintain cleanliness in the station, storage area, and kitchen equipment.
  • Being aware of the expiry date. Report any items in question- As instructed, pick up the store items and to double check the items issued as per the food requisition.
  • As instructed, pick up the meat and daily specials from the butchery department.- Report any maintenance defects to an immediate supervisor or the engineering department.
  • Report to supervisor or operations manager any wrong practices if immediate supervisor is at faultOther task that may be assignedJob Types : Full-time, ContractSalary : QAR1,500.
