  • Drive Microsoft 365 usage with afocus on Microsoft Teams
  • Secure BDM intent touse Microsoft Teams
  • Build, maintain andleverage strong relationships with Business Decision Makers (BDMs)within each customer to influence adoption
  • Drive end-user excitement to create viral adoption (e.g.excitement days, champions programs)
  • Act asthe single point of accountability for Teams Monthly Active Usage(MAU) within the customer; while proactively identifying newworkloads and expansion opportunities
  • Operateas One Microsoft by engaging workload experts (e.g., TSP, ATS,FastTrack / ENG, partners, etc.) to drive business outcomes andincremental value creation
  • Clearly defineBDM / ITDM business outcomes and build a high quality success plan inclusive of customerobjectives, stakeholders, milestones, risks and metrics needed toachieve them
  • Lead customer consumptiongovernance for BDMs through proactive partnership with customerv-team
  • Lead Microsoft Teams internalalignment / ROB for all assigned customers through proactivepartnership with Microsoft v-team
  • Representthe technical Voice of the Customer withinMicrosoft to inform and influence engineering, and documentbusiness-value driven customer success stories and sharedpractices
  • Activate Microsoft Account Team whennew sales opportunities (Upsell or Cross-Sell) are generatedthrough consumption engagements with BDM
