DohaQAR 2,000 - QAR 2,250 a month- Attending and answering Telephone / FAX / Emails- Front desk operations- Coordination with company driver to arrange material deliveries / documents / staff transportation / bank related works- Inward / outward materials and documents- Material inspection coordination at stores- Stock in / out control Inventory of stores- Receiving documents / materials from courier / freight forwarders- Preparing Letters / FAXes- Taking care of office environment in terms of housekeeping, stationaries and hospitality on guests- Digitization of files- Maintaining Client and supplier contactbase- Assisting Sales and Accounts on clericals typing / filing- Preparing Invoice / Delivery note / Quote / Orders- Printing / Scanning / Filing / Binding- Collection of Tender documents / bid submissionLocally available candidates ready to join immediately with valid Visa / NOC ( family sponsored is preferable).
