Industry : Non-Profit / Non-Governmental Organization (NGO) Main Role : Responsible for designing programs, managing relationships,communicating with partners, and developing business programs foremployment.

Manage partnerships and ensure timely fundraising,budget allocation, reporting, and create, maintain and facilitateeffective partnerships between the organization and its partners,including donors, governmental and non-governmental institutions,and the private sector.

The main results areas of the job :

  • Design and provide effective products and services.
  • Successful implementation of programs in all operationscountries.
  • Ensure access to job numbers as defined inthe annual operating plan.
  • Obtaining support from stateinstitutions through social responsibility.
  • Leadershipcompetence and ability to develop your strategy for resourcemobilization and its implementation frameworks with governments andglobal partners as well as individuals and companies.
  • Providing a high level of relationships with existing and newdonors as well as partners and program development opportunities.
  • Securing funds and grants. Main functions andactivities : Recruitment
  • Formulating recruitment strategyand operational plans and supervising their implementation.
  • Search for employment initiatives and programs andevaluate current initiatives to ensure that they are consistentwith the goals of the company and the direction of recruitmentmanagement.
  • Designing and developing a group ofinnovative products and services according to market needs andrequirements and implementing skills development and recruitmentand orientation programs with the aim of expanding and sustainingmanagement.
  • Implementing business development activitiesto attract financing and encouraging the adoption and replicationof the company'
  • s approach to skills development and jobcreation in the region.

  • Create and manage opportunitiesand present them for the evaluation of the program executivedirector and your executive team.
  • Managing a portfolioof employment and skills development programs, including theinitiative to design, implement and monitor the progress of thevarious programs.
  • Developing and managing strategicpartnerships with relevant government bodies, private sectorentities, civil society organizations, academic institutions andindustry associations in the MENA region.
  • Supervisingthe preparation of the necessary documents for any project (such asthe project proposal, business plans and reports) and negotiatingagreements with partners or service providers (for examplememoranda of understanding, cooperation agreements / shareholdersetc.
  • in close coordination with the program executive director andthe institution's legal advisor.

  • Working withthe communication team to plan events and manage media relationswith a view to presenting employment management activities andprograms.
  • Develop an operational budget to manageemployment programs in the company and supervise their follow-up bythe work team.
  • Follow up on team management, evaluateits work and direct it as necessary.
