As a Customer Engineer for Support forMission Critical (SfMC) customers, you will represent Microsoft,deliver SfMC services and communicate with corporate customersregarding escalated problems in Microsoft products and services,while managing relationships with SfMC customers.

Youwill be responsible for

  • Contributing toplanning of proactive services for customer and accountmanagement
  • Deep know how on customer ssolution
  • Responsible for customer s reactiveissues being resolved effectively and efficiently
  • Responsible for creation of SfMC lifecycle technicaldocumentation, customer specific training documentation andcustomer education sessions
  • Demonstratestrong interpersonal and communication skills, while working withdiverse audiences including C level executives, highly technical ITprofessionals, developers, architects, and account executivemanagement.
