Main Role : Toprovide critical support to the Chief Executive Officer andundertake administrative function to ensure that the businessdevelopment, operational and office management are carried outeffectively and efficiently.

Responsibilities : · Arrangesenior management meetings (including) client meetings and takingminutes when required. · Day to Day management of theChief Executive’s diary and meeting schedule.

  • Prepare internal and external corporate documents forteam members and industry partners. · Preparingpresentations and reports on PowerPoint and Excel with high levelof proficiency.
  • Coordinate with other departments toensure compliance with established policies. · Offerassistance to senior level staff including but notlimited to : making reservations and assisting in travel planning· Set up business trip meetings and manage travelitineraries.
  • Maintain an organized filing system ofpaper and electronic documents. · Uphold a strict levelof confidentiality. · Develop and sustain a level ofprofessionalism among staff and clientele.
  • Requirements : · Degree (Business Administration or any related)· 5 years experience as a Personal Assistant to C-LevelExecutives
