About the role : : The role is committed to look after long-term VVIP and aircraft management customers and ensure availability on their own aircrafts or by utilising third party aircrafts.
Manager Charter Sales is also responsible to in-source appropriate aircraft for all QE to meet the customer satisfaction at short to very short notice in the event of a QE aircraft not being available to meet the revenue or block hour operating statistic.
The role should be a self-starter who continuously monitors demand, which is measured by quotation requests and committed bookings versus availability of aircraft and does not wait for an event to crystalize and then scramble for a third party aircraft to be in-sourced.
You will be responsible for, but not limited to, the following key operational activities : Maintain contact with all existing VVIP and aircraft management clients in the market area to ensure high levels of client satisfaction and grow the customer base.
Carryout high level customer conversations with high net worth individuals and assist with their travel needs.Identify the business problems.
