The Lounge Operations Lead is responsible for supervision, inventory, marketing / publicity and administrative functions of lounge facilities for assigned program.

Supervise all aspects of Lounge operations at multiple facilities.
Oversees inventory, marketing / publicity and administrative functions.
Update and reconcile required system-generated reports.
Plan and execute the proper set up and breakdown of furnished equipment, operate audio and video equipment.
Ensure personnel are trained to provide set up and breakdown of furnished equipment.
Ensure weekly inventories of all music and associated equipment are conducted to ensure 100% accountability.
Provide weekly status of equipment and CDs for any necessary repairs or replacements.
Check facilities / equipment for damage.
Ensure personnel are trained to properly operate audio and video equipment.
Ensure appropriate inventory levels for all resale items, snacks, and supplies, and replenish.
Maintain a current collection of diverse and appropriate music.
Maintain customer feedback from various modes (Interactive Customer Evaluation (I.C.E.), comment cards, verbal, etc.); address comments in a timely manner.
Ensure all equipment and supplies are labeled and properly stored.
Prepare and distribute flyers, posters, and other advertisement for events.
Perform other duties as assigned.
Knowledge & Skills
Capability to interact with customers and government officials.
Proficient in Microsoft programs, such as Excel, Word, and Power Point.
Proficient in point of sales systems, such as Aloha, for the purpose of updating reports.
Knowledgeable of the regulations and rules of play regarding all activities and tournaments hosted within the facilities as well as properly answer all guest / customer inquiries regarding the same.
Additional knowledge / skills may be required by contract or assignment.
Experience & Education
High school diploma or equivalent.
Minimum four (4) years’ experience with two (2) years of management experience.
Shall have completed food and beverage handler’s training from an accredited food and beverage handler’s course.
Additional experience / education may be required by contract or assignment.
Physical Requirements / Working Environment
Living and working conditions at assignment location could be remote and uncomfortable.
Long hours, exposure to weather and hazardous conditions.
Personnel should be aware of moving on short notice and under adverse conditions.
