Co-Develop and implement effective Budget to ensure compliance with Departmental Procedures, Work Instructions, QP Standards.
Contribute to the development / execution of contractual strategies related to Facilities Management including service agreements, lease agreements.
Coordinate events, and meetings for the transition team.
Develop and execute office layout for transition team (e.g. office allocation and design, parking, furniture movement, and execute routine request.
Develop, design and execute building restacking of offices and coordinate the movement of the staff.
Develop, design and execute office allocation for Post transition offices. (e.g. Floor design, office layout)
Coordinate and identify any furniture requirement for offices.
Plan and coordinate the execution of any fit out requirements for buildings / offices. Assist in all office services requirements..
Provide expert, professional and timely solutions to Projects on all matters.
Executes any request for cleaning, food and beverages, drivers, etc.
Ensure all activities are completed within agreed KPIs.
Ensure that all the financial & technical requirements are met for closeout of completed Projects.
Lead continuous improvement for the team to identify areas of opportunity that can result in cost / time savings, complexity reduction and propose solutions to realize these benefits.
