Prepare the annual budget and the quarterlyforecast, interim revenue and cost projections.
Supervises and ensures that all commitments are within theapproved budgets and exercises financial control over commitmentsand expenditure.
Supervises and participates in the preparation ofproject budget and close-out budget proposals and analyses theexpenditure against approved budgets and commitments.
Monitors andendorses the final account of the Service Providers
Liaise with Operation and assist in preparing andsubmitting invoicing for all projects.
Providesprofessional advice and assists in the negotiation and review offinancial terms and conditions of proposed contracts by monitoringcompliance with accounting and financial policies established bythe client.
Analyze business performance vs.budget and forecasts.
Endorses and verifies allpayments relating to Consultant, Contractors and Vendors, ensuringcompliance with agreement provisions and financial and accountingpolicies and procedures.
Controls theday-to-day project accounting and financial activities andrecommends solutions.
Performs final check onthe overall soundness and reasonability of the paymentscommensurate with work executed / services provided.
Overview and take part in the preparation of monthlyproject invoices to Clients.
Maintainrelationship with the Clients financialrepresentatives.
