The IT Coordinator will maintain information technology systems and networks. The IT coordinator will perform both technical and administrative tasks to ensure functionality and efficiency of all technology systems, network and telecom systems.

What you will be doing :
Responsible for short and long term planning, implementation and day-to-day operations of all hotel technology components, processes and related areas.
Ensures the professional and effective running of the day-to-day technology operation in accordingly to the standard and procedures of Movenpick Hotel Doha.
Co-ordinate all activities, operations and running of Information Technology - whilst actively displaying a proactive and communicative leadership style.
Together with direct reports, take a leading role in positively supporting the operation of the hotel, reinforcing a customer focused approach to hotel operations at all times while supporting all corporate technology requirements and initiatives as appropriate.
To achieve high levels of job satisfaction and productivity.
Maintain clear communication and information exchange between hotel and area / regional staff to ensure optimum sharing of technology issues and solutions.
Provide clear leadership for high quality of technology service to all departments in the hotel operation while actively managing service level agreements with external technology suppliers.
Support Corporate, Divisional and Regional technology projects and requirements.
Maintain, implement and adhere to all Movenpick and Accor standard policies, systems and procedures relating to technology operations, including active capital and expense budget planning and systems contingency planning.
Provide clear project schedules and communications as required for all system changes.

Your experience and skills include :
Minimum of two years experience in a similar role is an asset.
Certificate or Diploma in Computer Science / or Information Technology.
Sound computer knowledge in property management systems, software, POS and other IT systems.
Ability to handle complex and confidential information with discretion.
Proactive and requires minimum supervision.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong organizational and coordination abilities with close attention to detail.
