Implements warranty and support activities.
Evaluates the existing systems and provides the technicaldirection to IT support staff.
Plans andimplements system automation as required for betterefficiency.
Oversees the development ofcustomized software and hardware requirement.
Collaborates with other professionals to ensure highquality deliverables within organization guidelines, policies, andprocedures.
Deals with work process,optimization methods, and risk management tools in the givenprojects for the successful accomplishments according to therequirements of the stakeholders. ![]()
