About Your Job :
In this role, you will define the recruitment strategy and be accountable for delivering it, driving continuous improvement in key performance indicators (quality, speed and cost of hiring).
analysis of key headcount trending for Recruitment and external market data, sourcing and liaison with key stakeholders, selection through to overseeing the onboarding, new hire attrition rates, quality of hire, and target start dates.

About You :
To be successful in this role, you will need a Bachelors degree qualification combined with at least seven years of relevant experience with exposure to Pilot recruitment and selection and pilot psychometric testing.
You will need strong mentoring and coaching skills with the ability to train and develop others and be capable of working in a time-
sensitive, dynamic environment. Strong interpersonal and team working skills are also required.
