Description :

Ø Develop the detailed annual marketing plan by brand (Supplier) by the client.Ø Coordinate and consolidate all marketing, advertising and promotional activities in conjunction with the Sales Manager to meet Sales Target.

Ø Creates awareness of all the products in the market. Knows the market strategy and how to implement it.Ø Analyze the market study in the assigned markets.

Ø Respect submission of deadlines for brand performance reports, monthly reports and quarterly reports.Ø Monitor with the Procurement (Purchasing Department) the demand planning calendar by SKU by Supplier and make sure orders arrive in time.

Ø Conduct market research projects to determine market requirements for existing and future products.Ø Co-Establishes Marketing Agreement / Frame Agreement with suppliers.

Ø Analysis of shopper behaviour, current market conditions and competitor information. Ø Develop and implement marketing plans and projects for new and existing products with suppliers and clients.

Ø Follow up the productivity of the marketing plan and projects. Ø Monitor, review and analysis report on all marketing activity results and suggest an action plan by Brand / by Category / by the client.

Ø Determine and manage the marketing budget (ATL / BTL). Ø Close monitoring and coordination with the Merchandising unit to secure planograms are respected and events are in place in time.

Ø Liaison with media and advertising.Ø Consult with a graphic designer on product specifications such as design, colour, packaging and social media activities.

Ø Responsible and accountable for the merchandisers routing and results. Ø Attending trade shows, company-sponsored promotions and events.

Ø Coordination with all aspects of print, receipt and distribution.Ø Analyzing every aspect of sales before and after the promotion.

Ø Executing and analyzing results of advertisement and marketing campaigns. Ø Ensure all records are maintained in compliance with approved policies and procedures in the related process according to the quality management system standard.

Ø Respect and perform any task assigned by the manager not mentioned in the job description, contributing to improving the work.
