The Sales Executive is responsible for delivering outstanding customer service, maximizing shop sales, and maintaining a high standard of merchandise presentation in the outlet.
Deliver a consistently high level of customer service in order to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction. Maximize sales opportunities, going the extra mile to drive sales, tracking shop sales performance and striving to achieve shop sales targets.
Actively seek out customers in the shop, welcoming them and answering their queries. Conduct inventory control in accordance with Retail & Merchandising policy.
Handle returns of merchandise in accordance with Retail & Merchandising policy. Handle customer complaints, referring any complaints immediately to the Shop Supervisor or Retail Shop Manager.
