Responsibilities of this role include, butare not limited to :
HRIS administrationthis includes new starter set up, hiring, termination and otheremployee details updates
Process leave administration in the HRIS
System administration for thelearning portal (E3) & The Arcade
Prepare letters & certificates forRecognition of Service program, Employment Letters &Parental Leave Letters
Prepares regular reports such as 6 month PDR & EndProbation, Fixed Term End Date, Work Permits, New Starter, Monthly& Quarterly Arcadis Report
Coordinate the nomination process for Most Valuable Playerprogram
Input data to therelevant business system, ensuring the accuracy and integrity ofinformation and notifying relevant people if there are problems orissues.
Access andoperate various systems and processes, following procedures toensure adherence to Arcadis policies, to process data and producereports to facilitate decision making
Develop a practical understanding of howprocesses and systems in own area of work relate to the widerorganization.
