he alsogenerally participate in the hiring process for his department.Responsibilities 1. Overseas and day to day operation of floristand indoor plant maintenance.
2. Responsible for the direction anddevelopment of the entire floral design and indoor plantmaintenance team. 3. Prepare materials and consumables requirementsrequest 4.
Monthly reports preparation 5 Review performance data(financial, sales and activity reports) to monitor and measuredepartment’s productivity 6.
Responsible for theachievement of department productivity and quality goals 7. Vendors- seasonal availability, product logistics, value and quality etc.
8. Minimal dump of product 9. Monitor customer support and Qualitycontrol 10. Plan and support sales and marketing activities 11.
