The Salwa Beach Resort is to become one of the largest resorts in the Middle East. It spreads along a 3.5km pristine beach front on the southwest coast of Qatar.
Managed by Hilton, it will have 362 hotel rooms and residential units with private beaches, a world-class leisure and waterpark, sports club, marina, dive center, health club, spa, restaurants, cinemas and retail space.
The resort is scheduled to open in 2020 and can be found on Google and YouTube under its working title 'Salwa Beach Resort'.
What will I be doing?As a Restaurant Manager, you are responsible for managing restaurant operations to deliver an excellent Guest and Member experience.
A Restaurant Manager will also be required to manage, train, and develop team members and work within all budgeted guidelines.
Specifically, you will be responsible for performing the following tasks to the highest standards : Manage Restaurant operationsMaintain exceptional levels of customer serviceRecruit, manage, train and develop the Restaurant teamManage guest queries in a timely and efficient mannerWork within budgeted guidelines in relation to Food and PayrollDrive sales to maximize budgeted revenueDevelop menus with other members of Food and Beverage teamAccountable for monthly stock takesIncentivise team members to maximize sales and revenueSet departmental targets and objectives, work schedules, budgets, and policies and proceduresEvaluate guest satisfaction levels with a focus on continuous improvementEnsure communication meetings are conducted and post-
meeting minutes generatedBe environmentally awareAssist other departments wherever necessary and maintain good working relationshipsComply with hotel security, fire regulations and all health and safety legislationWhat are we looking for?
