Al Udeid Air BaseThe Lodging Supervisor is responsible for supervising the maintenance and upkeep of living quarters, ensuring courteous customer service and adherence to standards.
Principal Accountabilities(Typical duties include the following, although specific duties vary by assignment or contract.
Supervise personnel and activities to maintain temporary or permanent living quarters for client and other civilian contractorsSchedule and monitor work to ensure proper maintenance and adherence to safety and cleanliness standardsPrepare and submit timely and accurate reports on vacancy / occupancy rates and verify the database stays updatedProvide professional and friendly customer service, receive customer requests, notify service order desk regarding issues, escort maintenance or other personnel to applicable locations, and ensure prompt responses and resolutionVerify that proper supplies are accounted for and maintainedConduct regular customer surveys to obtain feedback on customer satisfaction and quality of servicesMaintain knowledge of relevant equipment, policies, and procedures, and provide training to develop staffPerform other duties as assignedKnowledge & SkillsProficient in Microsoft Office softwareFluent in reading, writing, speaking, and understanding English to correctly interpret documents, understand customer requests, write routine correspondence, etc.
Effective organizing, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills to multi-task and deal with a variety of issues in a courteous, professional mannerWorking knowledge of principles and processes for providing effective customer serviceBasic understanding of military customs and courtesies to interact effectively with customersExperience & EducationMinimum five (5) years of experience in a customer service related field.
