To supervise the project toensure that the works are constructed in accordance with theproject specifications, construction drawings, and Building ControlAct and Regulations.
Manage and supervise theRTOs in performing their duties on-site so that they can providesatisfactory supervision.
Provideadministrative control and maintaining proper records includingsite attendance, leave records, overtime records, and inspectionschecklists.
Review Contractor'ssubmissions, work method statements and workdemonstrations.
Conduct regular siteinspections and resolving site discrepancies to preventdelays.
Attend site meetings, highlightingforeseeable problems and recommending possiblesolutions. ![]()
