As a Senior Manager Cabin Crew Training, you play a critical role within the Cabin Services department to manage the Service Training of our Award Winning five star Cabin Crew.
By selecting the appropriate blend of learning modalities to cater for a multicultural workforce you will maximize the relevance, impact and understanding of various content areas.
You will lead the Cabin Services Training Team to ensure operational efficiency and continuous improvement whilst aligning all learning and development to international best practice.
You will analyse the overall learning and development need in order to translate this into an effective human resource development plan.
You will manage the process of assessing needs, working with internal clients assessing training requirements and managing the development of appropriate learning solutions and recommending alternatives to traditional classroom training.
You will manage the delivery of a portfolio of learning solutions from Ab-Initio to Cabin Services Director against quality and high performance standards.
Together with senior management and product development you will set international standards of on-board service continuously ensuring Cabin Services Training is incorporating new learning methodology.
