SUPPLY CHAIN
Primary purpose of job
Responsible for procurement and supply of materials and equipment from receipt of Purchase Requisition to the award of purchase order and delivery for assigned Category Purchasing Groups to support QP Oil and Gas Operations.
Maintaining a high level of confidentiality, adherence to high Standards and Procedures, to high Standards and ensuring compliance to QP Regulations, Policies, Procedures, Standards and Guidelines, in the procurement process.
Action emergency material requirements. Support price estimation and risk management processes.
Experience & Skills
Minimum 6 years’ experience in purchasing equipment and materials, preferably in energy sector. Membership of international supply chain institution is desirable.
Knowledge of material technical specifications, standards and business systems in the energy industry.
Education
Bachelor’s degree, preferably in a major engineering discipline
