CLOSING DATE 10 AUGUST 2022 NOTE Please only apply if you have sufficient experience and skills required as per job description below Job Summary NOV ReedHycalog is recruiting Sales Engineer in Doha Qatar The candidate will be in charge of promoting customer satisfaction and company sales efforts through prompt thorough and accurate interpretation of customer applications and drilling performance Formulate appropriate proposals in response to customer inquiries and make recommendations to improve drilling efficiency Candidate should also should be able to support operations PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES Work on existing sales opportunities and identify new sales opportunities within the country develop accountspecific strategies and execute to capture market share and profitability Demonstrate a strong skill set in providing customer solution sales by uncovering customer pain points and providing a solution to manage or eliminate those pain points In case the operation demands should be flexible with working in lieu of or with other members of the team Demonstrate and practice highest standard of Integrity business ethics and honesty Should have complete customer focus Excellent interpersonal skills Creates customer call reports through the use of CRM outlining customer meetings Build and establish relationships with key decisionmakers to develop strategies designed to help customers meet their highlevel goals and solve customer challenges Close new business deals by chasing leads developing and negotiating to price and closing sales Gather and utilize competitor intelligence to strengthen our product offering and market position Have indepth knowledge of Drilling and downhole components speciallyDrill Bits Develop and maintain a working knowledge of NOV products and services Work closely with sales and operations to facilitate the flow of communication to support customers and generate additional business opportunities Participate in trade shows and regional and local events as required Develop and deliver sales presentations Carry out timely invoicing follow up and recover payments Ensure inventory is managed well EDUCATION EXPERIENCE QUALIFICATIONS Bachelor s Degree in Engineering 5 years of Oilfield experience 13 Field Experience Experience in Sales Account management Experience in Drill Bits and Drilling Computer literacy including good command of Microsoft Office Excel Word and Outlook Teams Desirable Power BI Every day the oil and gas industry s best minds put more than 150 years of experience to work to help our customers achieve lasting success We Power the Industry that Powers the World Throughout every region in the world and across every area of drilling and production our family of companies has provided the technical expertise advanced equipment and operational support necessary for success now and in the future Global Family We are a global family of thousands of individuals working as one team to create a lasting impact for ourselves our customers and the communities where we live and work Purposeful Innovation Through purposeful business innovation product creation and service delivery we are driven to power the industry that powers the world better Service Above All This drives us to anticipate our customers needs and work with them to deliver the finest products and services on time and on budget
