Job Summary

The HRAdministrator will champion the HR Admin processes for the firm andwill provide support in the preparation of all HRA policies andprocedures, remuneration administration and employee recordskeeping as directed by the HR Manager.

Role andResponsibilities

  • Provideadministrative support for the employee medical insurance and lifeinsurance policies.
  • Maintain individual filesfor designated employees to include position, contact details,remuneration levels, holidays, sickness, performance reviews,promotions, etc.
  • Assists HHRA with theimplementation of services and policies.
  • Assist in employee relations through ongoingcommunications with specified staff and individual meetings asrequired.
  • Responsible for obtaining, renewingand cancelling work visas for employees and maintaining immigrationrecords of all expatriate employees and their familymembers
  • Maintaining Staff Leave, Sick Leaveand Absence records.
  • Undertake ad hoc tasks asdirected by the HRM.
  • Provide information tothe HRM and other management on a periodic and ad hocbasis.
