Key task and responsibilities# Must know all types of Meat cuts , marination , stuffing etc.# Must know how to operate the meat machines like Bandsaw , slicer , mincer , burger and sausage making machines etc.
Ensure stock rotation on every product and food safety management is followed.# Ensure that company procedures are adhered to in relation to waste, returns and counter layout, and continuously look to suggest improvements.
Stock control and Inventory management to follow according to company policy.# Ensure that all Meats Operational processes according to Baladiya rules & regulations.
Develop team sales capabilities.# Department activity like weekly promotion , sampling , seasonal changes.PERSON SPECIFICATION# Qualified Butcher with a minimum of 5 years Butchery experience (preferably in a retail environment)# Excellent Knife skills# Good time management and organisational skills, including the ability to work to tight schedules, prioritize and plan according to strategic requirements.
Good communication skill.# He must have excellent hygiene standard.# Should be role model of good customer service person.
