Has overall responsibility for sales function in UAE, Omanand Kuwait markets. Responsible for leading growth throughachievement of sales volume and profit.
He will be responsible fordeveloping regional sales strategy and its implementation as afuture top management team member.
1. Seek and evaluate businessprospects in targeted markets on country by country basis. Preparesprice structure for each market.
Achieves market share, maintainsproducts visibility and distribution.
2. Develop longterm sales and marketing strategy of the GCC Region and leadsimplementation to achieve company's business targets.
3. Develop and keeps current sales management entailing : product, country, market segment 5 p’s : Product. Price,Place, Promotion and People.
4. Prepare annual forecastof sales for each market. Continuously monitors performance againstforecast. Takes action to meet goals.
5. Enhancerelationship with top management of customers.
