EssentialResponsibilities :

In the role ofContinuous Improvement Leader, you will :

  • Collaborate with the senior leadership team toidentify potential projects where process redesign or improvementcan significantly impact business performance
  • Work closely with stakeholders to ensure that processimprovement projects support the business strategicpriorities. Support project feasibility and business casedevelopment
  • Lead and drive, cross-functionalcomplex process improvement projects and Kaizen events to deliversignificant operational improvement and financialbenefits
  • Assist the business in thedevelopment and deployment of key performance indicators (KPIs).Monitors performance and improvements in those keymetrics
  • Track progress and value ofimprovement programs, maintain improvement deck and macro levelimprovement metrics, provide visibility to project status, andreport out progress regularly to senior leadership
  • Promote a culture of continuous improvement across theenterprise
  • Develop & lead training onoperational framework rollouts
  • Lead andfacilitate Lean Action Workouts
  • Leadbrainstorming, ideation, and rapid piloting sessions
