About the role : As a QAS Travel Senior Reservation Agent, you will be responsible to create reservations, quote fares and issue tickets as part of passenger handling at front office.
Serve customers professionally through telephone or in person in order to achieve customer satisfaction, generate revenue and take all possible measures to avoid loss of revenue.

Qualifications
About you : To be eligible for this role you should hold High School qualification with minimum 2 years of job-related experience OR Bachelor’s Degree or Equivalent with Minimum 1 year of job-related experience.
Have knowledge on the Frequent Flyer Product, excellent command of English language, relationship building & strong influencing and negotiation skills and have recognized IATA / Airline Basic Tariff Course certification.
Able to speak in Arabic will be an added advantage.
