DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES : Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent sales service. Assess customers’ needs and provide assistance and information on product types.
Welcome customers to the store and answer their queries. Follow and achieve department’s sales goals. Go the extra mile to drive sales.
Maintain in-stock and presentable condition assigned areas. Actively seek out customers in store. Remain knowledgeable on products offered and discuss available options.
Process POS (point of sale) purchases. Cross sell products. Handle returns of sell. Team up with co-workers to ensure proper customer service.
Build productive trust relationships with customers. Suggest ways to improve sales. Solid communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to read, write and effectively communicate with customers, peers and management. Ability to multi-task, while being attentive to customers and remaining flexible to the needs of the business.
Ability to work as part of a team and take initiative independent of direct supervision. It’s forbidden for a sales staff to wear any jewelry while on duty.
The use of facial creams, perfumes & other beauty decorative items are not allowed to use or store in food preparation. Observe proper personal hygiene for gentlemen, well-trimmed hair & mustache, natural hair color to be maintained, hair should be comb back & not be excessively gelled or frizzy .
