We are looking for an experienced Administration Officer to supervise the day to day operations of a leading Design / Fit Out / Manufacturing Company based in Doha, QatarResponsibilities : Developing, reviewing, Maintaining and improving administrative systems, policies, and procedures.

Manage schedules and deadlinesEnsuring the smooth operation of the office with necessary supplies and Maintenance of utilities, IT and all equipment is working and properly maintained.

Lead / Assist the HR operations of the company of which includes Hiring of new employees, Orientation, taking corrective actions when necessary, Employee relations and renewal of documents and records.

Oversee the procurement activities of the company.Plan for and keep track of multiple projects and deadlines.Create periodical reports, memos, documents and business letters etcSkillsBachelor’s degree in business administration, management, or related field.

MBA is highly preferred.7-10 Years Qatar / GCC Experience in related industryExceptional leadership and time, task, and resource management skills.

Strong problem solving, critical thinking, coaching, interpersonal, and verbal and written communication skills.Proficiency with computers, especially MS Office Packages.
