Job Summary Working in a team accountable for a sizeable portion of B2C business, the Admissions Coordinator is responsible for providing effective and reliable support to the admissions team throughout the sales stages.
Key Responsibilities Lead Processing - Reviewing lists from databases, campaigns, networking and sales events, and identifying / contacting potential leads.
Conducting preliminary interviews by phone to qualify potential leads. - Following-up with hot and cold leads. - Updating the CRM system throughout the leads process.
Collaborating with colleagues in Paris and other departments locally in Doha to ensure a seamless customer experience.
Admissions Process Coordination - Scheduling candidates’ individual interviews with Program Advisors. - Supporting Program Advisers in tracking the pipeline of candidates through the admissions process;
ensure systems are promptly and systematically updated. - Maintaining regular contact with applicants, fostering relationships and building trust to encourage a high conversion rate from initial contact to enrollment.
Organizing and managing candidate assessment committees with HEC Paris staff, professors and Alumni. - Managing and maintaining accurate and up to date client related files.
Communicating deadlines and adhoc messages to the pipeline of applicants. Other - Organizing and attending various sales events or fairs in Qatar and occasionally in neighboring countries.
Liaising with vendors and suppliers associated with the admissions process and using purchasing systems.
