  • Handling andresolving customer complaints regarding product sales to customerservice problems.
  • Providing customers with theorganization’s service and productinformation.
  • Processing forms, orders, andapplications requested by the customers.
  • Identifying, escalating priority issues and reporting tothe high-level management.
  • Routing inboundcalls to the appropriate resources.
  • Followingup complicated customer calls where required.
  • Completing call notes and call reports as necessary andupdating them in the CRM.
  • Obtaining andevaluating all relevant data to handle complaints andinquiries.
  • Recording details of comments,inquiries, complaints, and actions taken.
