We offer competitive compensation and benefit packages.About Your Job : You will be responsible to provide specialised expertise on the process, procedures for on-boarding team operations.
Leads and work closely with HR-On-boarding stakeholders (Government services, Properties & Facilities, Hotels, HR services & Recruitment) to meet agreed deadlines and provide consistent delivery of key services.
Acts as a point of escalation for issues / concerns related to candidate’s on-boarding directed by the on boarding team thereby provide solution.
You will also be responsible to contribute to the development and documentation of processes and procedures of On-boarding operations.
Provide guidance to On-boarding operation team and joining team in regards to the Qatar Government procedures and immigration process in terms of hiring a candidate.
Updates On-boarding team whenever there is a change in government process in terms of visa situations, local sponsorship transfers and hires etc (in order to manage the expectation of line management and candidates).
Assist the On-boarding Manager for planning and managing labour approvals for on-boarding requirements and maintain necessary tracing system.
Build strong relationship and communication with the on-boarding team and provide necessary update toOn-boarding management on the status of the candidates as and when required Document and circulate regular team meeting minutes.
Observe day to day operational challenges, recommend possible improvements. Initiat and support improvement to standard process.
Moreover , you will Work closely with a-recruitment team ensure process and systems are aligned with day to day practices.
Perform regular reports to provide necessary details to on-boarding team or any concern parties as and when required. Assist On-boarding Officers .
Coordinators to handle case by case candidate issues, problem solve, document outstanding risks and escalate relevant problems.
Act as a link between On-boarding team and stakeholders to ensure consistent and smooth deliverables are met for different business of the organisation .
Keep the On-boarding Management informed of ongoing operational issues / risks and ensure all plans followed up regularly.
Keep on-boarding team updated with new process, practices and regulations related to VIP On-boarding, Government Services & HR Employee services.
Maintain a high level of product knowledge in order to be an engaging brand ambassador .First point of taking decision for troubleshooting case by case for candidate issues.
Communicate effectively with candidates and internal customers in difficult circumstances. Ensure candidates and internal customers receive follow up on issues in a timely manner.
Document exceptional cases within a central database to preserve knowledge and experienceAs for Team Leadership & Management, you will Lead team employees.
Direct daily activities, recruit, train, develop and maintain operational discipline to ensure a high standard of service delivery.
Foster a positive, transparent, confident and engaged working environment for the team. Document and circulate regular team meeting minutes.
Offer coaching, guidance, encouragement and constructive feedback to team members. Manage workloads amongst team members.
Assist team members to complete required reporting on metrics for their work. Give feedback to leadership about required internal training and guidance.
Train and develop other employees, for proper succession planning and risk management. Train Qatari staff in the duties above.
Train and on-board new arrivals to the team. Demonstrate initiative, a can do’ attitude and a passion for learning. Create solid professional relationships with management at all levels within the business.
Act as an ambassador for Group Learning and Development by forging and maintaining positive relationships with internal and external customers.
About You : You will hold a Bachelor Degree preferably Hospitality, Events Management, other customer service industries, or HR studies.
You will have a minimum of 5 years of job-related experience. Your analytical and problem solving skills are crucial to the role.
You will also have Experience working in a multi-cultural environment working with government / immigration bureaucracies and processes.
And, Leadership experience is essential. Your ability to build positive and effective business partnerships is essential.
