Record all customer contacts and related information, updating records to develop opportunities for future business and enabling effective prospecting and customer follow-up to take place.
Utilize and uphold the department's defined working systems, procedures and standards (including legal requirements, etc.
to ensure accuracy of paperwork and security of cash, cheques, vehicles and other company resources. Continually develop knowledge relating to market trends in a proactive manner and in line with various internal and external training opportunities .
Contribute and assist with the development of various sales promotions, showroom and internet displays in line with the company policy and identified customer needs.
Maintain quality standards of dress, attitude, customer care, honesty, health and safety in order to portray a professional image to customers at all times.
