Coordinate activities in respect to OffshoreStructures (i.e. Topsides, Jackets, Decks, Bridges, and Brownfield StructuralModifications) and Onshore Civil / Structural (i.
e. Structures related to onshorepipeline routing & tie-in, Collaborative Center and Logisitics base) designand equipment, technical and execution definition, selection and design,including planning for detailed design, procurement, installation andtesting / commissioning.
Review project technicalrequirements (e.g. project specifications, data sheets, etc.) developed duringFEED and ensure compliance with project requirements.
Key Job Accountabilities
Coordinate the activities of theStructures Team and FEED contractors, vendors and subcontractors, as required,to ensure quality assurance and production timing of the Offshore Structuresdeliverables is in accordance with the approved project execution schedule andbudget.
Analyse technical attachments and scopedescription to all Structures related purchase orders to ensure compliance withscope description in related contracts.
ROS dates, etc.); developsand stewards recovery plans to address any schedule delays and resolution ofFEED Contractor’s engineering claims, if any.
Supply previous lessons learned knowledgeto enhance project performance and ensure that current project lessons learned arecaptured for future reference.
Check the FEED Contractor's Structuresrelated activities in respect to engineering execution by ensuring plans,procedures, objectives, and overall job requirements adhere to all appropriate OffshoreStructures specifications, standards and design verification processes.
Cooperate with review teams and supportspost-audit activities with respect to contract administration andsubcontracting.
Minimum Requirements
Bachelor degree in Engineeringdiscipline.
10 years’ experience with 5 years at thesenior project engineering / engineering supervision level with overallresponsibility for engineering execution.
Broad and extensive knowledge ofdesign standards, specifications, codes, appropriate safety criteria, offshorefacilities and structure design, construction, operations and engineeringadministration.
