Protects patients' rights by maintaining confidentiality of personal information. Answers the phone while maintaining a polite, consistent phone manner using proper telephone etiquette.
Answers clients non-insurance inquiries, as needed, or directs the inquiry to the person best able to answer. Maintains a neat and tidy reception area, replacing magazines as received,clearing up any clutter on an ongoing basis, and maintains a professional,comfortable general office atmosphere.
Maintains operations by following policies and procedures; reporting needed changes. Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
