Job Purpose :
In this role, you will effectively support and manage the remuneration and benefits programs. You will proactively assist in researching and implementing competitive programs and policies, as well as overseeing the design and administration.
You will make insightful recommendations by keeping in view the industry and market trends.
Key Accountabilities :
Participate in the development of the remunerations and benefits policies in order to contribute to the objectives of the department and organization.
Formulate and develop key departmental processes and procedures.
Ensure execution of internal and external benchmarks, analyze results to make recommendations to management and effectively contribute to decision making.
Advise management on issues and international assignments.
Sets the pay scale for the respective departments or divisions that you are accountable for.
Act as a single point of contact for the respective departments or divisions that you are accountable for.
Coordinate annual pay review process.
Assist in package restructuring.
Participate in annual surveys to ensure that market benchmarking is available.
Managing and compiling spreadsheets with data on pay and benefits.
Monitoring the organizations salary structure and benefits, balancing cost control with the need to attract and retain staff.
About you :
You will have a relevant university qualification or Bachelor’s level with a minimum 5 years of job-related experience. A qualification in compensation & benefits is preferred - CCP.
You will have the following job specific skills :
Compensation and benefits experience including salary surveys, establishing pay scales, policies and procedures.
Exceptional analytical skills and proven problem solving abilities.
Strong communication and presentation skills.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office, Advanced in Excel.
Build positive / effective business partnerships.
