Duties ResponsibilitiesThis position requires an energetic and enthusiastic individual who will develop support and maintain PeopleSoft and other related College business IT systems and to ensure maximum utilization of CNAQ business processes.
The incumbent is also responsible to provide regular technical support for the Colleges PeopleSoft systems resolve technical issues by identifying problems and recommending solutions and generate queries and reports to ensure enduser requirements are met.
Furthermore the candidate will also be responsible to document procedures to configure maintain upgrade test and code the Colleges PeopleSoft systems.
Candidates should have an outstanding record of industry experience and possess the qualifications necessary to be successful in the role of Programmer Analyst.
The successful candidate is responsible to provide support in the maintenance of existing PeopleSoft modules and ensure the system is used effectively.
Responsibilities include assisting with the designing implementation and development of new modules and module updates in line with stakeholder needs and organizational requirements.
Candidates will assist departments and users in scope development during planning sessions to assess analyze and plan for future PeopleSoft system needs.
They will also assist with the deployment of IT business systems by participating in the design evaluation and testing processes and conduct regular maintenance in line with ITIL standards and the Colleges IT policies and procedures to ensure data security and uninterrupted system operation.
