About the role : As Manager Quality, Standards and Compliance, you will be responsible for defining, integrating and implementing entire quality management system, improvement programs and compliance framework.
Ensures operations adhere with regulatory requirements, customer airlines and company procedures in order to achieve organisation policies and objectives.
Maintain ISO and ISAGO standards.
Manages Quality and Compliance team to research and evaluate performance trends across all departments in QAS. Makes recommendations to introduce, modify or withdraw QAS policies and procedures for improving performance trends.
Plans and implements Quality programs to improve the operations business in line with the direction of QAS Management.
Plan and adapt the future operational resource allocation and implementation based on the analysis of seasonal, event and macro environmental trends.
Develop and deliver Quality assurance programs for operations using a risk based methodology that provides oversight capability to ensure consistency, compliance and standards.
Provide support and advice to operations in all issues related to quality, standards and compliance.
Plan, organize and deploy Quality section resources manpower, equipment and facilities to perform the internal and external audits and facilitate timely response to audit findings and / or observations.
Monitor regulatory compliance and audits maintained in relation to aviation industry practices and QAS procedures.
Establish and present the quality and performance trends in a clear and concise manner following audits giving clear recommendations for quality / service improvements.

About you :
An ideal candidate will have a minimum of High School Qualification / Vocational Qualification / Diploma or Equivalent with 9 years of job-related experience or Bachelor's Degree with 8 years of job-related experience
Experience in auditing, agreeing audit plans, understanding the mechanics of audit systems.
Experience in either implementing or maintaining a Quality Management System in aviation industry.
Implementing ISAGO Standards experience and experience of ISO certification.
Working in a Quality environment with job related experience.
Command of English language
Managerial skills - Ability to delegate work, set clear direction and manage workflow. Strong mentoring and coaching skills.
Ability to train and develop subordinate's skills. Ability to foster teamwork among team members.
Experience in aviation industry.
LEAN and SIX sigma or equivalent process engineering methodology experience.
