Responsible for inputting trafficcitations, accidents and incident / complaint reports into theSecurity Forces Management Information System (SFMIS).

Briefs theChief of Security Forces and commanders on crimes and incidentsinvolving base personnel. Reviews, processes, suspense, anddistributes traffic incident and accidents reports, tickets,complaints, and incident and information reports.

Reviews finalactions and responses by commanders and supervisors to ensuretimeliness and appropriateness, and takes action asrequired.

Analyzes and evaluates reports andpaperwork for accuracy and correctness. Compiles information andstatistics for files, records, trend summaries, and reports andtakes or makes recommendations for action.

Manages installationtraffic point, driving revocation, and debarment programs andactions. Ensures the National Incident-Based Reporting System(NIBRS), Defense Incident-Based Reporting System (DIBRS), andReport Control Symbol (RCS) reports, and other higher headquartersand local reports, are submitted as required.
