QualificationsThe RoleAn outgoing, extrovert personality who can meet and exceed sales targets set in the monthly and yearly forecasts and to direct all efforts to maximizing the hotel’s revenues and profits across all revenue streams.
The successful candidate enjoys interacting with guests and colleagues, as well as working as a team member resulting in the most professional sales team in Grand Hyatt Doha.
Some of the responsibilities include : Together with the Sales Team, to be primarily responsible for the private, corporate business segment (not limited to) of the Hotel.
This role is responsible for maintaining excellent relationships with current clients and using initiative and resourcefulness to acquire new business for the Hotel.
This role is required to achieve key targets on an ongoing basis and maintain a future focus at all times to ensure sustainable business.
To submit monthly sales and entertainment schedule to the Director of Sales.Qualifications / RequirementsFluent in Arabic and English is required along with a valid driver's licenceExperience preferably within Qatar or at least within the GCC regionMinimum 2 years work experience as Sales Executive in a luxury international brand hotel demonstrating excellent sales techniques and interpersonal skills
