  • As Head of Acquisition andPerformance Marketing, you will be responsible for setting thestrategy for acquisition marketing and for designing andimplementing marketing activities across all channels, aimed atgrowing the digital video platform’s subscriber base theacross the MENA region.
  • As the expert incustomer acquisition, you will use market intelligence to drivesubscriber growth, working in close collaboration with data scienceand commercial analytics teams to plan, design, execute and measureacquisition-marketing campaigns.
  • Leadingcritical relationships with third parties, such as advertisementagencies, you will oversee the design, development andimplementation of both mass and target group acquisitioncampaigns.
  • You will lead the AcquisitionMarketing team and play a key role in mentoring, training andguiding team members, driving performance levels and maximisingproductivity and capabilities.
  • You will alsodefine and manage the acquisition marketing budget, includingtracking and managing marketing expenses to ensure valuable newsubscribers are acquired efficiently and profitably.
  • Assessing customer needs and expectations and monitoringcompetitor activities in the market, you will provide up-to-dateinsights on current marketing trends and deliver strategicrecommendations to improve key marketing initiatives to expand thecustomer base.
  • Candidates must be open to fullrelocation to Qatar and have demonstrable experience in a Marketingleadership role, having previously worked for a large, complex,subscription-based business within the broadcast media, OTTstreaming, entertainment or sports content industry.
  • You will have a strong track record of leading thedevelopment and delivery of customer acquisition marketingcampaigns, marketing channel management, market segmentation andsales pipelines.
  • You will have a deep understanding of marketingbudget management and marketing ROI (return on investment)measurement.

  • You will also be an expert inapplying data and research to support decision-making and drivesubscriber acquisition, with a solid awareness of digital marketingtools, Google Analytics, A / B testing and the media landscape.
