Qatar Airways is looking to expand its Cyber Security team. As part of this expansion, we are looking for a Manager, Identity and Access, to develop and manage overall Identity and Access management (IAM) within Cyber Security Operations strategy.
Your critical function will be to ensure appropriate access to logical assets and associated facilities is limited to authorized users, processes, and devices with respect to systems and services used in Qatar Airways Group.
Your responsibilities will include
Develop and establish formal IAM policies, procedures and guidelines, including define IAM projects scope and configure appropriate business solutions in order to manage user identities and regulate user access within an organization to align with QR policies and standards
Establish governance and define the criteria for users’ roles & authority to ensure that the desired outcomes and business requirements are achieved.
Identify opportunities of automation where applicable and continually improve IAM policy, procedure and guidelines with changing risks and lessons learned
Analyze, design and develop the required identity management processes and workflows, to ensure these are reviewed regularly and in line with industry best practices and business / functional requirements.
Responsible to issue new identities as per the established policy and guideline and ensure that any identity duplicates or conflicts are resolved.
Perform provision and integrate new systems with the IAM structure in compliance with IAM policies and guidelines.
Manage the data feeds into IAM and distribution the various data into target systems to ensure standards of performance and productivity are achieved.
Manage ongoing system support and system configuration, identifying IAM solution to ensure appropriate controls and tools are selected and operationalized.
Manage the Single Sign-On process by the identity federation system to verify the authentication and authorization systems.
Responsible to present relevant data and provide reports on IAM contributions to compliance, security and overall IAM performance to align with department objectives.
Responsible to provide the right access and allows self-service profile and password management for the business users.
Identify access administration and delegation process that allowed the business to manage their own profiles and user communities.
Provisioning access users’ automation on their workflow to route any change requests for necessary approval process and consolidated repository on clear organizational process view and access right information.
Responsible to identify users’ authority to discover enterprise applications. Updating user role definitions and identify roles as mappings to provide access rights as per business changes.
Manage and provide fine-grained authorization for the users by centralizing authorization policies and providing a shared service for each user applications to determine if a requested action should be allowed and authorized.
Through Logging and Monitoring process, provide and collect relevant usage data from disparate applications and system, and detect the potentially significant security events that require correlation of access usage in multiple systems.
As part of identity audit, to provide and review user’s current access effectively to determine if it is required any updates as per the job function.
Identify the entitlement data as per the access policies (e.g., Segregation of Duties).
Knowledge Skills & Experience
Bachelor’s Degree or Equivalent with Minimum 8 years of job-related experience
Highly experienced with Access management (IAM) systems
Familiar with IAM policies and guidelines
