In this role as a Manager Service Delivery & Transport, you will ensure the delivery of expected OTP, safety and quality standards, KPIs, and financial objectives.
develop the department in line with the future growth of the business, ensuring all processes and standard operating procedures (SOPs) are established, updated and followed in an efficient manner.
You would also need to develops strategies based on the department’s needs of space, employees, process flows and material flows to ensure cost targets and efficiencies are achieved.
Additional Responsibilities :
Designs and implements appropriate audit programs to assess and drive the department’s performance in line with QACC and customer expectations.
Ensures ongoing operational and financial assessment of current vehicle fleet and leads forecast of future fleet plan based on changing business requirements.
Develops contingency plans and risk management for the department in conjunction with the company’s subject matter experts.
On a daily basis, the incumbent is accountable for the smooth running of Service Delivery, Ramp and Transport operations with the support of the Managers, Officers and Supervisors on duty.
Drives the execution of expected safety standards and on time performance within Service Delivery, Ramp, and Transport operations.
Manages all operational aspects of the Service Delivery department to ensure product and service requirements are met to the expected budgets and KPIs.
About You :
In order to be considered for this role, you would possess a Relevant College or University qualification to min Bachelor’s Degree or Equivalent and would need to have a minimum 8 years relevant experience.
Preferably the candidate should have experience in :
Flight Catering Operations (Dispatch, Ramp, and Transportation Management).
Management of 200+ team
Management of 200 or more fleet of vehicles
10 years’ experience in Airline Catering Operations Management.
