The role of Accommodation Logistics Officeris to ensure the successful delivery of the logistics requirementswhere the Accommodation Project is responsible.
The rolewill require a high level of coordination between the LogisticsProject and the Accommodation Project to ensure their requirementsare captured and delivered upon within the agreed upon levels ofservices.
The appointed candidate will be responsible forcontributing to the Tournament wide planning as well as thedelivery of site logistics services in support of HCAccommodation operations within the Event LogisticsOperations sub-project.
This role will be expected to liaise withinternal senior management, external stakeholders (including, butnot limited to third party logistics suppliers) and senior businessprofessionals in order to support the HC Accommodation Projectusing agreed upon service levels as indicated in the Concept ofOperations plan maintained by the Logistics Project.
