Duties and Responsibilities Promoting and selling company s electrical products for projects mainly Wiring Devices Cables Cable Trays Circuit Breakers Bus Duct etc Identifying potential projects a Through direct contacts with consultants and contractors as well as b From different sources of information market data professional bulletins magazines etc Networking establishing relations with appropriate contacts that would help market research competition price levels marketing plan input information gathering offering bidding follow up etc Studying books of specifications and selecting the most suitable product Preparing offers in coordination with Sales and Product Manager Revising offers as necessary Following up with appropriate contacts technical and commercial on submitted offers to secure a positive closing Drafting Initiating relative purchase orders Creation and Pricing of New Items in coordination with Product Manager Supervising invoicing delivery to site testing and commissioning Following up on customers accounts and insuring that payment schedule is well executed and or credit terms are well respected Recommending new products that a complement existing product line and b insure comprehensive response to specific needs of various market segments Product Management Identify product development needs and suggest new products within the existing product line Coordinate with Suppliers in sending RFQs special prices requests etc Monitor and suggest price positioning in markets Customer Support Client PARTNERS QATAR W L L JOB DESCRIPTION In all interactions with third parties and existing or potential customers promotes the image of the company by demonstrating professionalism reliability and technical knowledge and upholds the high standards of the company Answer customers queries and maintain good relations with them Receive customers complaints and request corrective action Sales Support Train and support the sales team with related product knowledge Assist the sales team in preparing special quotations as per requirements Identify potential projects through direct contacts with consultants contractors etc Analyze books of specifications and select suitable products Support in preparing submittals in coordination with application engineer and communicate with consultants when necessary Visit customers sites to evaluate specific requirements and constraints and propose necessary corrective action plans Stock Management Manage stocks and ensure that they are maintained at optimal levels according to sales volumes by using Stock Keeping Unit SKU Create and set price of new items on ERP System Market Feedback Reporting Monitor Clients s performance and positioning in available markets Provide market feedback through surveys regarding market volume brand share customer needs customer satisfaction pricing and competition Search for adequate promotional and marketing activities in coordination with the Unit manager Coordinate follow up on marketing activities and product launch process of the product Line
