Job responsibilities : the company is currently looking for Stakeholder Manager position and the candidate should have 20 years of total Experience with minimum of 10 years experience in Qatar .
a) Degree in Business or Engineering or Equivalent from an accredited university.b) Minimum Total of twenty (20) years post graduate experience in building construction with at least(7) Years' Experience in Consultancy (supervision) as Stakeholder Manager or Equivalent for similar projects in Qatar.
c) Experienced in facilitating to obtain DC1 / DC2, Building Permit, MMUP Completion Certificate process and other Governmental permitting and approval processes.
d) Responsible for coordination with all stakeholders to ensure all project requirements in relation to Statutory Approvals / Completion Certificates are obtained in a timely manner.
